Terms & Conditions
Customers are deem to have read and accept our terms and conditions by engaging our services. A copy of the terms and conditions together with the price list will also be send to the customer via WhatsApp before the commencement of the service.
1) Aircon servicing & 90 days workmanship warranty
1.1) Warranty covers water leakage for 90 days.
1.2) Owner will be asked to check and confirm that the aircon units serviced are in working condition before our service technician leave. If there is problem there after, our service technician will recheck and advise customer accordingly. If repair work is needed, it will be chargeable.
1.3) All prices apply to a location ONLY. No multiple location or address.
1.4) There is a possibility where gas top up is needed when doing dismantle chemical wash. Our service technician will advise accordingly.
1.5) If our service technician recommends a certain type of services but the customer choose to do only partial or otherwise, the warranty will not be valid. Customer will be advised by our service technician.
2) Repair Services & 30 days workmanship warranty
2.1) If there is no work after checking, the $50 check up service fee is still payable.
2.2) If customer confirmed the aircon repair, check up service fee will be waived.
2.3) All new parts from repair services comes with a 30 days warranty.
2.4) All repair fee quote will be provided by our aircon service technician after the check up. Due to different materials and labour cost required for repair work, we are unable to have a fix rate.
2.5) Repair work fee does not include aircon servicing fee. Servicing fee will be calculate as per published rates.
2.6) If customer’s aircon is not suitable for repair, our aircon service technician will advise accordingly.
3) Jobs that we are unable to do
3.1) Major Aircon brands that we service: DAIKIN, PANASONIC, HITACHI, SHAPE, LG, TOSHIBA, FUJITSU, MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC, CARRIER
3.2) Aircon brands that we are unable to service: YORK, SAMSUNG, MIDEA, EUROPACE
3.3) For aircon brands that are not mentioned, customer can WhatsApp us for enquiry. Photos will be helpful.
3.4) There are situation where the aircon blowers or pipes are not installed properly by the installer. In this case, if we are unable to solve the issue, we may not be able to fulfil customer’s job. Our service technician will discuss the issue with our head office before making a decision. There will be no charge to customer if the job is rejected.
3.5) There are situations where our service technician’s safety is at stake. In this situation, we will advise customer on the alternative solutions.3.6) We do not service aircon ducting.
4) Gas Top Up
4.1) Our service technician will advise before proceeding with the gas top up service.
4.2) There is no warranty for gas top up. We will only top up once. And if there is gas leak, our service technician will advise customer on the alternative solutions and cost.
5.1) Prices subject to changes. However, we do not change our prices whenever we like. We will give ample notice before the new pricing comes into effect.

5.3) Cassette blower: Standard Aircon Servicing $60 each, Chemical wash $350 each
6) Extra Charges
6.1) For after 6pm, Sunday and public hoilday, there will be an additional charge of $5 per invoice.
6.2) There will be a $10 charge for CBD area due to ERP charges and high parking rate.
6.3) If the blower is found to be extremely dirty (unusual case) which might need chemical wash (blower only), the cost is $20 each. Our service tecnician will advise before this procedure is carried out. $10 each for 3 blowers chemical wash.
7) Payment Method
7.1) PayNow using our UEN: 53394295X. Customer will be able to see our company name after keying in the UEN using internet banking or bank mobile App.
7.2) Direct Bank Transfer: UOB Current Account 396-310-326-1
7.3) Cash. Customer can pay our service technician directly.
7.4) Cheque: Payable to “MR BEE AIRCON & ELECT ENGRG”. Please write clearly to avoid bounced cheque.
8) After Sales Service
8.1) For feedbacks after servicing and repair works, please WhatsApp us at 9793 3448.
8.2) Customer can WhatsApp us regarding any aircon problem or question. We will arrange our service technician back to rectify the aircon problem if required.
8.3) Same service technician will be arranged for rectification work. Valid reason must be given for change of service technician.
9) Reservation Timing
9.1) For most condominium, entry by contractor is not allow on Saturday after 12pm, Sunday and Public Holiday. Customer must check with the MCST or reserve weekdays office hour appointment. (Exception is for condominium with no guard or gate)
9.2) Reservation Time Slot:
a) 11:00am – 1:00pm
b) 1:00pm – 3:00pm
c) 3:00pm – 5:00pm
d) 5:00pm – 7:00pm
e) 7:00pm – 8:00pm
9.3) In the case where our service technician need to change customer’s timing due to unforeseen circumstance, he will call the customer directly to rearrange another appointment.
10) Annual Contract Maintenance
10.1) After paying for the annual contract maintenance, we will issue the customer with a electronic contract via email within 2 working days.
10.2) We will also remind the customer to make arrangement for servicing when due.
